EGSA - the Educational Guidance Service for Adults - is a local, independent, not-for-profit, frontline service that aims to connect adults with learning.
We have a network of local offices based across Northern Ireland through which we provide services to adult learners, learning advisers, HR staff, learning providers, employers and anyone interested in improving access to learning for adults.
In addition to our frontline IAG service for adults, EGSA offers a unique blend of skilled advice, a comprehensive information base, extensive experience, insight and local knowledge to organisations interested in learning and development solutions to motivate and maximize the talents and capabilities of their staff.
