Since its inception 40 years ago, EGSA, the leading guidance agency for adults in N Ireland, has remained committed to delivering a high quality guidance service, responsive to the needs of our users and the wider N Ireland economic and skills agendae.
EGSA’s conference, Guidance: Force for Change, aims to extend the debate on the role of independent guidance, its ability to support change in individuals and structures and its contribution to skills policies in light of the many challenges presented by the demands of our socio-economic landscape.
